Mager Enterprises: Freehand HTML ProjectI created five XHTML web pages with a CSS style sheet for each and opened a free web hosting account with 000Host for Mager Enterprises. Next, I uploaded the pages to the site by using the “FTP” command at the command prompt window. This provided the ability to view and test the pages in live view over the web. Derek Mager, owner of Mager Enterprises, then asked me to create his website. NOTE: You may return to this page by clicking on the "Doss Designs" link on the bottom of each page. |

Mager Enterprises: GoDaddy ProjectDerek Mager already had an account with GoDaddy so I created the pages by using a template and the editor provided by GoDaddy which uses the WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get). This editor is very similar to Adobe’s Dreamweaver editor, and I was able to go into the HTML mode to customize and edit some changes. We were able to use the same logo banner used in the above project. No further information has been provided to complete the specialty detail pages. NOTE: You must use the browser's back-button to return this page. |

Barringer's Tavern: Website ProjectMy neighbor, owner of Barringer's Tavern, did have a web-page but has recently pulled the site. I have created a few HTML pages only for some ideas, and uploaded the documents to 000WebHost, so that the pages are viewable. The Barringer's current menu is being updated, so I have not been able to create a printable .pdf file or HTML page yet. I hope to use Flash in this project later down the road. NOTE: The "BACK" link on the Barringer's Home Page will return to this page. |

Saundra Timperley: Graduation Recognition ProjectSaundra Timperley was one of my colleagues in the CINS-257 Advanced Website Development course. At the end of the semester, Saundra was very excited about passing the CIW-Certification Site Designer exam. For fun, I designed a little congratulations document to honor her achievement. I congratulate my colleague, who is now a “Certified Site Designer Professional”. NOTE: The "BACK" link on this project page will return to this page. |
